Cancellation of the card takes 3-5 business days from the credit card company.

If you press the Request for Exchange/Return button, you can receive all packages for return and

exchange or return only when the product arrives at guse within 7 days of the delivery completion date checked by the courier.

Even if you check the product late because of personal reasons, you cannot exchange or return it after the period.

All exchanges and returns will be carried out after the product inspection and it will take 1–3 days after the product arrives in the guse.

Items that arrive without an exchange or return request may be returned.

Exchanges and returns are not possible in the following cases.

- When an exchange or return product arrives at the guse after 7 days of receipt of the product

- In the case of leaving traces of wearing defective products or products received through incorrect delivery

- When applying for an exchange for an out-of-stock product

- In the case of a product that has written a review

- If the product is not in a new condition due to deformation or contamination caused by wearing or using it

- If the smell of cosmetics marks, deodorant, fabric softener, perfume, cigarette, house odor, body odor, etc. remains (caution to store)

- In the event that the product is deformed by the wrong storage method

- In the case of artificially creating a product defect

- If it is not the same as the original condition, such as removing tags or labels (it is considered to be worn when removing tags)

- In the case of repairing or washing the product (we are not responsible for defects caused by washing)

- When the value of the product decreases only by wearing it on trial, such as leggings, stockings, socks, innerwear, swimsuits, and accessories

Delivery costs for exchanges and returns because of a simple change of mind are borne by you.
